MOVE IN HERE IF YOU DON'T MIND SHARING YOUR HOME WITH ANTS AND TONS OF RATS EVERY WERE I MOVED IN IN AUGUST BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE. CALL THIS NUMBER I CALLED IT AND I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE TO COME TAKE CARE OF MY RAT PROBLEM Call Centaurus Investments 1-866-206-7128 BECAUSE AS MUCH AS I WOULD CALL THE OFFICE THEY JUST WOULDNT SEND ANY ONE OUT HERE I ALSO CALLES EMILY AKIN FROM FOX 26 NEWS AND THE BBB DON'T WORRY THESE APARTMENTS ARE GOING TO BE UNDER INVESTIGATION SOON.OR YOU CAN ALSO CALL Take it to Akin! I have to wonder why exactly we are charged for pest control and they refuse to have an exterminator come out.
I wonder if half of the crap they do is legal. Building 25 has no cold water, all water is hot or hotter. We have never
seen rats, but there are so many wild cats around the property, that i am suprised any rats live there.

I have called the investment group. Now I will also call Akins Army! I just moved here in October & hate everyday of it! Everything is old & broken. If they come to fix stuff they replace it with other broken crap.
The stray cats.... OMG! The management will not get rid of them because she is a cat lover.... WTF..... Nasty!

I have lived here 4 years and don't know why/ I now have mold on the walls and when it rains it rains down the walls and mold is everywhere plus the plaster is falling off the walls. i have contacted an attorney to break my lease to move out as soon as possible/ please tell everyone not to move in here
