Dishonest From: uhadnot@yahoo.com Date posted: 7/28/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I lived there for a couple of years. I lived at the front near the office so I didn't have many problems as far as noise and criminal activity. However I did have a lot of maintenance problems. The heating element went out once a year in my oven. The last time before I moved, it went out and my large burner went out. When I called and asked how long it would take to fix, I was told this was not a maintenance emergency. I told her no it wasn't, I don't need to eat. She told me to eat out. When I moved out I just knew I was going to get my deposit. They are updating all the units as the tenants move out. Nothing was broken and everything was clean. Well I was charged $75.00 to clean a stain on the carpet. The carpet was old as hell when I moved in. I know they replaced the carpet because I lived there for about 3 years. I feel like this was just money donated to the cause if the remodel of the complex.
