We have lived here for 3 years. The pot holes are out of control and the property makes no attempt to make any major repairs only some half --- bandage. Recently they have decided to invest money on putting walls up around the dumpsters. Go figure and to top it off they are half way in the parking lot - major accident waiting to happen. Over the last year the property has really gone down hill. Rent is cheap but that should be your warning sign.
