New Management Has Taken The Pleasant Out of the Fontaine. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 1 response I have to say that when this complex was run by Equity Partners it was fantastic. They would send payment reminders, they kept the rent stable and were always a joy to deal with. Since TVO began running the place, rent has increased and they are hungry for late fees, penatlies etc. The Equity folks actually reminded you to pay the rent while you can tell TVO is drooling to collect your late fee. They actually changed the due date from the 5th to the 3rd so that they may be able to milk all they can. Equity was like your friendly neighbor while TVO is your neighbor with pitbulls. Notice that the reviews on this site for La Tour Fontaine are all great until 7/07. Guess what happened about that date' New Management.

It used to be a wonderful place. The new management is unresponsive to basic requests, like peace and quiet at night, and the rent has gone up. I'm looking forward to moving out, under current conditions wouldn’t stay here even if they paid me to stay.
