I have lived here for over a year and our lease is up at the end of this month. Believe me, it won't be soon enough. I think the biggest problem with this apartment is the female manager. She is very nice until you sign the lease, then they could care less if you are happy or not. She has been very 'bitchy' on more than one occassion. If you call to complain about something, believe me, she won't get back to you so don't believe that. Another problem is that they keep jacking up the prices of the apartments. I have seen cops out here on at least five occassions and they won't tell you what happened. They let kids move in that party until all hours of the night and then ignore your complaints about the noise.
