I'm not sure if any of the comments regarding shootings, pit bull breading and drunk driving are true but I would probably guess that they are not and are due to a rejected client or unhappy employee. My husband and I absolutely love the community and the staff. Everyone that has ever visited our place has been pleasantly surprised at the tidiness and cleaniness of the complex grounds, they take great care and pride in the community and I can honestly say that there is never litter, trash, debris laying around. The place is super quiet and very pet friendly. The staff is wonderful, the office people or very nice and considerate and the maintenance people are a whole different story. Those guys should be given an award, their service is absolutely exceptional. They come out quickly to fix problems and usually have them fixed within a couple of hours and if some reason a part is needed they are clear on what needs to be done and when it will be done and almost always do it sooner than anticipated. This place is really an A community. The residents are all friendly and neighborly. Sure the rent maybe a little steep but you get what you pay for and in this case every single penny paid is well spent. We love this place and are proud and pleased to call it home.
