I moved in about 2 weeks ago into a 1 bdrm study (874 sq.ft.) unit on the ground floor. The apartment was clean and in good repair when I moved into it. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broke and one burner on my stove was not working to full capacity. However, within 12 hours of reporting the probelm to management, the burner was replaced and the part for the DW was ordered. Both work great now! Other than having an upstairs neighbor who bangs around a bit, I've found nothing wrong with these apartments. Oh, except for the fishing in the ponds. I'm an experienced fisherman, and to the best of my knowledge so far, the "stocked" lakes are stocked with minnows. I'll be reporting back at least once a month during my lease. Check back for more.
