We were robbed on 01/17/06. We reported it to the office and to the sherriff's office. Due to the fact that the apartment management does not want the residents here know how bad the crime is, they evicted us and won't renew our lease. We recieved nothing but hatefullness and arrogant behavior from the senior staff. I was told that I did not have the right to discuss the robberey or the murder that happened here with any other residents. I am making it my business now that any one who will listen to me will know of what happened to us. It is still American and the people have a right to know. Beware before you sign a lease. Take time to interview the residents who live here. Especially in the back part of the property. The word is out and your can't hide the facts mam. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

This resident is not being evicted because she claims she was robbed. Check the police call sheets for this address and you will see what a quiet property this is. There are 7 residents that choose to make Lakebridge their home who are either with the Sheriffs office or police dept. They live here paying full rent because of the lack of crime and how well the property is run. Sometimes there are circumstances behind a negative review that the reader doesn't know about.

Thank you for your review. I don't like Houston as it is, so hearing of this situation tells me they lack a good security system. I am sorry for your loss, I know how that feels.

JulianaLeo...this is Houston and nobody...NOBODY can provide you with security. You can get robbed in The Woodlands, River Oaks area, etc. It doesn't matter where you live. Most community such as Lakebridge do provide things to help prevent crimes from happening, such as the ACCESS gates. They have changed the name from SECURITY gates to ACCESS gates because of "sue-happy" people who think the gates are there to protect them.

The Management knows full well that we were robbed and that she knows who did this, but refused to come forward with the information. I never claimed that we live in a crime free world. We have been gone for almost 2 years and the code to the access gates are still the same. That to me shows the lacksadaisical attitude of the staff. You can't hide for ever. People will see that the management there only wants one thing, silence! You won't get silence here my dear! We did move to another older complex and I can tell you that the management here takes crime seriously. She runs this complex with an iron hand. So, if you are looking for a fair and almost crime free apartment come on down to the next red light and take a left. She will show you how management is supposed to care for thier residents!
