I can't believe the nerve of these people!! Read your lease carefully!! I moved in to lakebridge and paid $300 for my 15 pound rat terrier to live there and a $175 deposit. They charged me $163 for a pet cleaning and $50 for a cleaning. Now they are billing me for $38!! The lease says that The $300 is completely separate from any cleaning that they have to do. Then why did I have to pay $300 for the dog to just be there'!! These managers are complete con artists. My wife even asked them when we moved in if they were going to charge us a separate pet cleaning and they said "no, that's what the $300 is for." Do not live here if you have pets!!

I think that everything should be in writing, but it is disappointing to hear of this situation.

Hum, I see that this JulianaLeo seems to be writting a lot of responces.Could it be that she is part of the office staff trying to make things look better than they are? Or could this be Jennifer herself in disquise?
