I used to live in these apartments, and during that long residency our car was broken into, there was a shooting (remember that teacher who shot someone and stuffed the body into a cooler...? It made the news for like a week. Yeah that was there in the building next to our apartment!!), and the crime seemed to just grow and grow. Eventually things got worse. Each month our neighbors started looking more and more like "from the other side of the tracks." The location is good, the layouts are fine, and the prices were about average. (And you can side-step traffic by navigating through the neighborhood backing up to the complex. But be mindful of cops. They LOVE those streets!)
But even then the staff was rude. (Is that a requirement for apartments nowadays?) And we had to wait days for maintenance!
Check the police reports, THEN go look. One person may have had a pleasurable experience (like 'pleasedtobehere' has written), but there are many other tenants...And our experience was/is not as favorable.

I lived for two years and it was the WORSE apartment experience I have ever had. Jennifer is about the most hateful, rude person I have ever dealt with. The other one is just like her. Rollo, on the other hand needs a more friendly enviroment to work in. He deserves it because he is the ONLY nice one there. Don't let these reviews fool you...Parking is TERRIBLE unless you get home before 7:00PM... There have been burgarlies and the murder was all kept hush hush, which if I am not mistaken the manager is responsible for letting the residents know when a murder has occurred...she did not...Good points.....Upkeep on the lawns is very good. The reason I moved is because of Jennifer's rudeness and lack of caring about her job and the seedy people she was letting move in. I just recently moved 2007.

I simply cannot get over what i am reading. First off,I have been here for years and could not ask for a better place to live at. The Staff, could not be more than helpful in anyway they can, let alone just simply a joy to be around. To call Jennifer or anyone in the staff those hateful words, then you don't know her at all, and what her job entails. I am guessing the person who wrote this moved for allot more reasons that what was said. And had "issues" and needs to step into reality. What happened here was terrible,and nobody could see that coming or be more upset over what when on than Jennifer and her group. But it had nothing to do with the complex. And she did not or anyone try to hide this at all. What did they want her to do put an advertisement up about it? Oh, yeah, it called a newspaper! Crime is everyone you go, so deal with it. We don't need negative people here at lakebridge..Funny, everyone I see, loves it here. And I have great neighbors around me as well as throughout the place. Rent a clue.
