HORRIBLE AND UNFAIR BEWARE OF LAKEBRIDGE.

Please beware of this managment at this apartment very poor and horrible communcation at all times. I lived there for almost three years on and off. I just moved back in the apartments 2006 and my lease was up in november of 2007. I had a problem with the manager Jennifer before my lease was up i gave them a written notice up front before my lease was up. At the time i moved out on my last day of my lease and turn my keys in and took pictures of my apartment before i left everything was clean. I also had so many other problems when i moved in i filled out a repair order and none of the repairs was fixed and told the manager several times and still nothing done. So now they say i still owe them money i called and talked to the manager Jennifer she was so rude and mean i had no time to explain my side on what happend in the front office with her employers. I always paid my rent on time so i feel i should at least get my deposit back but they say i owe them, i payed my dues there the rent is so over priced anyways. So now i feel like i was treated very unfair at this place and i would like for everyone who is thinking about moving there to beware and take this review as a warning experience.

yep, sooner or latter she will get her due. No one can be that bad and not have it come back on them. I tell everyone to stay away from there. Come on down to the next red light. We would love to have you as a neighbor. WC

I am sorry you left here with bad feelings. You chose to live here two times both times signing a lease that required a 30 day written notice. The move in inventory you signed and returned on Dec. 15, 2006 referenced no items needing repair.. A call to the office would have taken care of any service request you may have had. Pictures are kept as documentation after each move out on all apts. Please feel free to visit the office to view our pictures relating to your charges.In fairness I must apply the same rules to all residents as regulated by the lease. I wish you well in your new home.
