I recently moved in Lakebridge at the first of the year. I must say it is one of the nicest properties in the Spring area. Although it is an older style complex, it feels like a home. The managemnet is nice and professional and people who live in the community are very respectful. The property is well kept and the management seems to be making improvements each day. Great view with lakes, pool is nice and clean...just need the weight room to finish up with the upgrades and I will be 100% satisfied. It is a great place to live and if you are lucky enough to lease here, you will not regret it!

So funny, now Jennifer, you should not be posting your own comments. These are for actual renters. After 4 years there the gate code is still the same. What does that say for security? Also, what about the murder? Did any one mention that to perspective clients or renters?

in reference to the murder you speak of- when I saw this review it alarmed me, but if you look at the news coverage easily available online, this had nothing to do with the security of the complex- it was a jealous wife and not a robbery or random act of violence that would make anyone feel unsafe about prowlers and ne'er-do-wells- it was a single incident that probably would have happened no matter what the setting and has not changed my mind about moving in http://www.click2houston.com/news/4835289/detail.html
