Lakebridge Apartments

I have lived at Lakebridge for 8 months now and I have found myself with mixed feeling about this complex. Parking-I think the complex would be better if they had assigned parking. I have had my car scratched up multiple times, one of which I have seen by a dog of a residents that lived 3 building units down from me. Just a suggestion! Noise-Over all this complex is by far the quietest place I have ever lived. Yes the pool gets loud during the summer and there is a little loud music during the day on the weekends but hey they are kids at the pool and I would have to admit I m one who plays the music loud on the weekends, that s only because I have FAT people who live above me who have to get up every weekend at the crack of dawn and run around there house along with there dogs sounding like a heard of Elephants. So I get up just a little earlier and wake them with my music. If they would just lose a little weight or move to the first floor then we would all be happier! Grounds-Now that they are repainting everything, its really taking a better attraction to the place. I like the idea that the residents are allowed to landscape there patio area as they wanted as long as its not trashy looking. I think that brings character to the complex and to each apartment! Safety-The gate code has remained the same and half the time it s always open so I m not to sure about that. Then again we do have like 3 cops that live on my side that I know of, firefighters, and I think I even live next to a nurse. So as far as accidents go I think we are covered but beyond that like the pool say swim at your own risk Maintenance-ha if that s what you want to call it! Don t get me wrong, they are very nice. If I have a package on my door step and they are in my house working they will always bring it in for me. They are always out in a timely manner. But they don t know what the hell they are doing half the time. I m still waiting on a little water pressure, after four attempts I figured I would just have to visit my moms every once and a while to get a good shower! Staff-ROLO SHOULD BE THE BOSS!!!!!! I have called multiple times and left multiple messages and no one ever picks up the phone and no one ever calls you back EXCEPT ROLO!!!!!! I understand that he is going back to school but I think a lot of us would be a lot happier if Rolo had his chance to shine with this complex. Besides he lives on site and is very active with the complex. Over all you see that I m torn between the rating of this complex. It s really a nice place to live I just think with a little improvement with the management/office staff and them do something about our ratings and not just reading them it would work for the best of the complex.
