I love Lakebridge! The grounds are beautiful, buildings are well maintained, and maintenance and office staff are helpful and friendly. Apartments are spacious and assigned covered parking is available for some floorplans, my guests have never had problems finding a space. It is an older complex (with older appliances) and when I moved in I had a pretty old fridge, when it started dying on me maintenance installed a new one the next day. My only complaint is about the noise, the walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors/children outside but that should be expected living in an older apartment. The neighbors are really friendly too.

The complex is very safe, a few officers live on site and I have seen Precinct 4 patrolling the parking lots at night. I ve never had a problem with break ins and I doubt there would be so many complaints about car theft if people locked their doors like they are supposed to.

It is a dog-friendly complex so there is wayward poo here and there. There are actually designated dog waste areas to let your pooch potty and these areas are cleaned periodically. However, residents who let their dogs poop anywhere without picking it up cause a problem. I don t think there is a weight limit so my 70 pounder is happy here, I do believe there are some breed restrictions though. Most of the dog owners are very responsible so I haven t experienced a problem with barking or aggressive dogs here.

After 2 years here I am so sad to have to leave this complex for a new job elsewhere. I could not have asked for a better renting experience. Don t let the negative reviews scare you off, the amount of long term residents here should be a testament to how great this place is.
