Darlin, it does not make any difference what the weight is of the people who live above you. It is all about the quality of the apartments and how they were built. We lived at Lakebridge 3 years ago when the MURDER happened. Yes mam, a murder. Ia m sure that Jennifer does not tell perspective residents about that. Darlin it was all over the news for months. The Westfirld teacher who killed and cut up her husband. I believe they lived next door to us. I do believe that would be 2129 or 2131. Upstaits right accross from the poll arking and the weight room. You can find it easy if you walk the property.
AS FAR AS THE MANAGEMENT IS CONCERNED, whew! Don't want to get sued today. But just let me say renters beware.

OK first of all what make you THINK that there has not been any death at the apartments your in!!!!!! Second of all THE MANAGEMENT IS GREAT. Lakebridge is a great place to live dont let haterz change your mind.

HEY,HEY....This person is right on track. Jennifer didn't tell anyone about the murder. Isn't that required by law or is it ONLY if you ask? Hmmm....anyway, Don't rent if Jennifer is still the mgr there, she is VERY hard to get along with. If you don't ever have any problems, you would be fine, but hey, it's apt living there are going to be problems.

I don't believe Jennifer is still there. I have had no experience with her but watch out for BJ- sometimes she "forgets" that you had talked to her about something. Rollo is still here but he is about to go full time to school and I will miss him! And with the murder- come on, look at the articles on line> I posted a link in another response in September and that was something that could have happened anywhere. It is not a situation that reflects on the caliber of all the residents here- just one person who probably had nothing that could have ever shown up on the background check, which is very thorough since it pulled up a former possible roommates shoplifting charge from 9 years before I met her while she was in high school and they wouldn't let her move in.

uh, nobody was cut into pieces... but there was a murder... i was there that night when it happened.. woke up to police taping off the parking lot.... jennifer was outside sobbing.. when i asked her what happened she said she could not discuss it... this was in the early morning hours.. i walked inside turned on the morning news and it was all over the news.. not sure why jen said she could not discuss it when it was all over the news... guess jennifer being jennfier
