Rollo SHOULD be the manager and Jennifer, well, let's see....maybe the person that picks up the dog poop. Oh, they don't do that anymore!! I will say, it's landscaped pretty, well, it was, haven't lived there in a few years but that's about the ONLY good thing there, beside Rollo and he can't do anything because his hands are tied. When I moved out, I did not get my deposit back and was ask to pay for carpet cleaning! Jennifer knew that carpet should have been replaced when the person before ME moved in. I always complained about it smelling. I had my own carpet cleaner and cleaned it at least once a month. I can't believe your lazy --- is still there. Anyway, I looked at your little $38 carpet cleaning letter and laughed AT YOU!! I moved to the Woodlands where they have CLASSY apt managers.....COME TO THE WOODLANDS PEOPLE not Lakebridge! I hate that for Lakebridge because the property itself isn't bad, if the owners of this property would get rid of Jennifer, they might get decent renters that would stay there. By the way, PARKING, it's awlful. My car got messed up 3 times and she didn't care. Do the owners of these properties read these posts' Shame on ya'll! By the way, WEIGHT doesn't have anything to do with your neighbors, IT'S THE QUALITY OF THE APTS!!! I live on the bottom floor and my neighbor above me is weight challenged and I hear her toilet flush and that's it. I wouldn't give parking and staff any stars but I HAD to choose at least one. Sorry to you Rollo. Maintenace was on time, but poor guys, they didn't know what they were doing, but they did try in a timely manner. Also, the dogs they let in are way TOO BIG for apt living, they'll poop in your yard and it looks like a cow had been there! Complain' AGAIN, Jennifer doesn't care! Jennifer, you are just plain rude...Which, now I'm glad because I LOVE MY NEW APTS. They are beautiful and quite and the office staff here...SAAWEEEEEET!

They do still have the pooper scooper person- I saw them not two days ago, and I have never had problems parking and each apartment has a covered spot. The covered spots can be kind of a walk depending on where your spot is in location to your place but all along the perimeter fence there is ALWAYS A SPOT, I have three roommates and we are always able to park with in a 10 ft range of our building everyday. And as far as Woodlands apartments, after 3 apartments that I have had in the woodlands you will be lucky if you don't have to pay more than your deposit back when you move- for two years I lived in apartments out there and I work for a cruise line being gone 5 months at a time and having family check on my apartment and in two complexes I had to pay carpet cleaning fees in excess of 125 when no one really lived there 10 out of 12 months. Good luck with that.

ALONG THE FENCE? Who wants to park THAT far away? You live at the other apartments 5 or 10 months out of the year? make up your mind. I have friends that also live in the woodlands and their apartments are great. Very nice area. The older apartments at Lakebridge has a covered spot, not the newer ones in the back. You get what you pay for. Not hateful managers for one thing.

Just wishing they would keep the front gate closed at all time, not just after dark. Safety is always my 1st concern when comes to the quality of life.

yes i agree about jennifer... she is a B and does not care about the tenants... she just wants the title of "manager," but not the work... is she still there?? dang, you think they would have wisened up by now.... geez...
