Fitness Room is Depressing

FITNESS ROOM IS DEPRESSING - I was told by a neighbor that nothing works in the fitness room. I was very disappointed once I found out for myself. The room is old and has a nasty moldy smell. It could desperately use a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. There are dead bugs and other crap along the side of the walls as if it hasn't been vaccuumed in years. None of the bikes nor treadmills work they just take up space. You're better off getting a gym membership b/c this is hardly a fitness room. It's a shame is what it is.

When I lived there from 2004 - 2006 - same thing - the equipment never worked and it's just a sad shame they still haven't done anything with it !
