Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Left the apartment in pristine condition other a few spots on the carpet from coffe stains. Was charged for new carpet, $75 for repainted kitchen top'' Are you kidding me' basically they found a charge to zap me off all my deposit plus some.

The apartment complex is attracting more lower income crowd, which has parties and ground thumping music going on all through the night.
