The appliances are very old and out dated, the counter tops are made out of this funky material that stain easily and are virtually impossible to clean. Lately there have been a lot of questionable tenants that have moved in (loud music in their cars and loud vulgar language from the tenants and their friends). Friday- MGT put a letter on our door letting us know that several tenants have been held up at gun point between 10PM and 1AM. There are a lot of unwelcome guest that hang around the dumpsters (racoons, possaums, and rats) there's a field next to the property, so night time is the right time for these creatures..who wants to put their trash out at night when there's a racoon sitting on top of the dumpster.
