Blaring music is just the beginning. Music is blaring from apartments and from cars. Yes, the apartments are older, so the walls are going to be thinner. However, I can hear the base from any room in my apartment. If you have your TV on, you're not going to notice it so much. But if want to enjoy a little peace and quite, without the loud thumping ?? good luck.
The armed suspect notice is pretty scary!!! I think it scared the apartment security, because I used to see them more, but now I don't see them at all!!! Bottom line, lock your doors, don't go get your mail at night. Be careful.
