Just a little shabby as the paint suggests

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I am a student that decided to live here because it was reasonably cheap, had a washer/dryer, and a decent pool, but watch out. However, I soon discovered that I would have rather more space than the efficiency allowed, even if that meant that I had to run to a laundry facility. In addition, I found that the parking was terrible. Everyday I was forced to cram my already small car into a unreasonably tiny parking spot. Again, you have people who drive way too fast. I was hit one day by a lady from behind. Another concern is the security. With the proximity to Reliant, you have all kinds of crazy and shady people filtering in. Also, there is no view with my apartment as the "Lakes" suggests. I am forced to look at powerlines everyday out my window. Perhaps the worst aspect of the apartment is the lack of communication by the office personnel. In the span of a year, they have hired 4 or 5 different people to work in one office. Whenever I was told something by one person, the other person would tell me something different. Right before I was to move out, a member of management proceeded to come by and kick my door in even though I was moving out in five days. Before I moved out, I tried to work out a better arrangement, but they are simply unwilling to work with their tenants and will only do the bare minimum in customer service. Overall, I would not suggest this apartment to someone unless it was an economic necessity. You would be in a better position to pay slightly more for something a little nicer.
