Honestly, I am really surprised at all these bad reviews. I have lived here for about a year and have never had a problem. I can always find parking, maintenance has been very responsive and the management (thought it has changed about 3 times) has been very friendly and helpful. I guess it is all in the way you approach them. If you are a good resident, pay your rent on time, and are not one of those unsatisfiable customers, I suspect you get a lot more from your management team. I am also one of those individuals very concerned with safety. Though I would not take a walk outside of the complex by myself, I do feel pretty safe walking from my car to my apartment. Of course, you always have to be careful and alert in any place. Being close to Reliant, there is more crime and more homeless people wandering about, but it is your decision to live in this area - that is not the apartment's fault. Very convenient to downtown, grocery and shopping.
