I am a current resident and cannot wait to get the hell out of dodge. I am actually considering breaking my lease to get out of this place. Seems like a safe, comfortable quiet environment, but that is a lie. Cars have been repeatedly broken into, things stolen. The leasing office is in no way concerned about the residents property, they made absolutely no effort to at least make us feel a bit more comfortable about the recent crime spree. The sorry excuse for a security guy that they had is less visible now than prior to the break-ins. I don't know if he is also afraid or apart of the epidemic. The floors are falling in, the washer and dryer works on occassion, the water pressure is terribly low, the walls and floors are extremely thin. I can hear the person above me flush their toilet, sit down on their bed and so on. I really thought this was a nice place to be, but this has turned out to be the worst apartment renting experience of my life and I have only lived in apartments for 7 years now. Please, I beg you asked some of the current residents if you see them walking around or just pay attention to the reviews you see here. The place is not worth your money or your time.
