I am currently a tenant in these apts and i moved here because i am a student and they were the nicest apts i could find that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg! (not used to houston rent prices!) when i moved in i was very impressed that every appliance was brand new (as in still had instruction manuals in them). also i live alone and feel completely safe living here. i will admit that i can here the people around me from time to time but that is the case in ALL apts!! there is always parking and i have had wonderful experiences with the office staff. I plan to stay here until i graduate.
