HUGE floorplans :) From: veteranrenter Date posted: 4/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   I lived at Lakeside on 2 occasions. I liked it so much after the 1st time that I returned to live there alone a short time ago. I got a 996 sq ft 1 bedroom with w/d connections! I am in property management and it was the best floorplan I've ever seen in a 1 bedroom and still is. You'll love the jogging trails (Terry Hershey Park) nearby and it's on the bayou so there are lots of trees. It's close to Memorial, but avoids the high pricing of that area. Take a tour! You'll love it.
