Just want to give potential renters a heads up on the management. I was considering renting here, but the management was so shady, I decided not to. They withdrew money out of my bank account without my consent and I'd never signed a lease. I'd already turned in an application and been approved and then decided that I wouldn't be renting there. That's when they told me they were keeping my deposit!! I'd never signed a lease or anything or authorized them to take the deposit in the FIRST place. Thankfully, after pointing out all of the errors in their arguments and threatening legal action, my money was returned to me. However, a friend of mine, I found out, went through the SAME thing I did and they DID NOT return her deposit to her even though she never signed a lease. One more thing is they claim to be under "RENOVATION" and always promise to be finished within "about a month". I viewed these apartments twice and both times they told me the renovation would be done in a month (the first time in August of 04 and the last time in January of 05) - obviously more than a month apart. Don't expect too many changes to your apartment if they're promised within the "renovation".
