I lived in this apartment complex for 1 year and found that both the management and maintenance left a lot to be desired. For one, do not expect to get your deposit back, no matter how much you take care of your place or clean afterwards. In my case, management took photos of another apartment and attached them to my file to 'prove' that I had not cleaned, despite my having my own pictures which did not match theirs. Additionally, I often found ants, cockroaches, and other critters within the apartment that maintenance never helped me deal with. There are definitely better apartments in the Houston area!
