lived here for 2 years and i must concur..the quality of people they are letting move in is pittiful. lots of people that dont seem to give a darn about their surrounding, noise, etc. people regularly abuse the trash pickup..empty their cars trash in the parking lot, and other total scumbag activity. The front office has the worst employees ive ever ran across. not only is there constant turn over but they arent all that effective to begin with. the maintenance was the worst ive seen...none speak a lick of english and it will take 3 or 4 times for them to take care of things, in my experience.Walls and ceilings are paper thin...you will hear every footstep (even if its a dog walking upstairs)if you do move here move to the 201 side (opposite side of the office) its alot quieter and there still are some really quality people scattered around. the 301 side has even worse people...its turning very gettoish (lol is that even a word')and good luck parking if you dont pay for a covered spot which will cost you anywhere from 20-40$ per month...dependant of how hard you push those office personel to get the good price. alot of things are that way there. if your a constant annoyance to them you WILL get things done and also get better prices. but if your a normal person and dont want to spend 3 or 4 nights a weeks hounding them in the front office...you get the short end of the deal

I live on the 301 side and chose it over the 201 side. The 201 side looks trashier and the apartment we looked at had no parking anywhere near it but covered parking. But they told us if we rented that particular apartment they would give us two free covered parking spots. we turned it down and came back two months later and looked at the 301 side. We fell in love with it. It is completely quiet, I never hear any noises. The walls are not paper thin because I have never heard a sound. We live in the 3 bedroom townhome and love it. I even moved from a luxury apartment and paid $500 more a month for 1,000 square feet less. With no trashpickup.

At least here I have trash pickup, and they are good about coming to get it. The maintenance for us has been wonderful, and the three guys who have come out to my apartment all spoke english and took care everything quickly and efficiently. You can keep your 201 side, I love my neighbors. So far I would give this place an A

im not going to argue with you on your oppinions...but your statement "the walls are not paper thin because I have never heard a sound." is pretty much a moot point considering you rent a TOWNHOME. of course your not going to have a problem with thin walls/floors considering the only one that will be heard upstairs is YOU. i lived on the 2nd floor of a 3 story unit and EVERY LITTLE SOUND made upstairs might as well have been coming from a speaker directed at me from the ceiling. this was every single day (and night) and its was equally bad through 3 different tennants. it was not just a particularly bad neighbor..it was anyone (or animal) that took a step upstairs.

oh and the maintenance DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. spanglish maybe but in 3 years i was never ONCE able to communicate properly with these men. it was a non-stop dance of..call office..office translated what i said to the maintenance..maintenace shows up..come home to some very uninformative note stating something like "A/C OK..find a/c is, in fact, NOT okay...call office again to start the translation over..REPEAT.

if you consider LSP an A...good lord would i hate to see whats an F!

I agree with you on that
