I have lived here for over a year and must say that the community is one of the best I have lived in. It is very quiet and the staff do a nice job of keeping the property clean. While it is true that some residents can abuse the valet trash pick up by putting it out early, that seems very rare and they have the trash in bags or boxes so that it does not get strewn all over the place.

While any older complex can have maint. issues, and can you live anywhere in Houston without a roach or mosquito showing its head', they are far outweighed by the pleasantness of the complex and the lovely area. Over all, a wonderful bargain and great place to live.
