I've read some of these reviews and I think some of the stuff people have said must be total exaggerations b/c I just don't see it.

I have lived on the 201 side for nearly 2 years. I LOVE the location b/c it's close to work and I run at terry hershey park which is just a 1/2 mile away.

When we first moved in, there were no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, we requested those and they were promptly installed.

When we renewed our lease, we asked for the carpet to be shampooed, to get new flooring in the kitchen, and to get a ceiling fan in the den that matched the other two in the bedrooms. All of this was completed w/in a month's time of our renewal date.

The only had 2 problems with the staff. One was trying to get a satellite dish installed (which turned out to be a complete miscommunication b/t me & the staff). The other is the fact that they often take "breaks" and smoke outside the office--I think that is just tacky.

I had a complaint about a resident w/ a great dane that would bark constantly and use the bathroom all over the place...I complained to the manager and the dog was removed.

I also like that we are able to paint our apartments b/c that is not something more complexes allow--it makes our apartment feel more homey.

My bottom line is this--great price for such a large unit--cheap rent will always bring riff raff and should be expected no matter what complex you live in.
