Lakeside Place Apartments

Horrible Maintenence From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1998   We lived at Lakeside Place for almost two years on the 2nd floor, and had the roof leak constantly. The wet spot in the ceiling finally came crashing down on us. I thought for sure that they would repair the roof this time, but know they just patched the ceiling, and the next big storm brought all that patchwork down again. I had to write a threatening letter to get them to come out in a timely manner. This does not even address my sister's grievance of having her dryer catch fire due to faulty electrical wiring!!! That's her story to tell.
