I recently went to look for an apartment at this trashy place. I remember the leasing staff commenting about this complex being "so much nicer", and having "higher standards" for potential residents than the other apartments on Wilcrest. What a laugh!! All I had to do was drive through Lakeside Apartments on the weekend to see what a dump it is. People washing a rug with sudsy detergent in the parking lot, cars parked on every curb, bags AND loose garbage on the grass and under stairwells. I can only imagine the bug problems.
