We have lived at Lakeside place going on 4 years..I have never once had a probleme as far as maintnence goes..As far as the gate always being broken..If you idiots would go in and out the way you were suppose to we wouldnt have a probleme.However instead your to impatient and have to go in through the out gate...The staff has been great for the most part but like all humans they have their good dys and their bad..Also the whole Katrina thing is not the fault of the complex..I know for a fact that they were not taking Fema vouchers..However if people meet the qualifications they are able to move in..All of Houston has suffered from the Katrina evacuee's moving here.The apartment complexe's of Houston have had a hard time keeping it together since then.
I really feel that lakeside place is one of the best complexe's in the area.Ive never had a probleme or seen anyone causing a probleme.The only probleme I have ever really had is from Lazy people walking their dogs and not cleaning up after them.
All in all it is a great safe place to live and we will stay untill we decide to buy a house...
