I have lived here in Lakeside Place Apartments only three (3) months. Although the grounds are kept nice and the neighbors keep to themselves, I am very, very displeased with the response for maintenance.
I have a storage room on my back patio which was broken before I moved in and is still broken today. I should have waited to move in after they fixed the problem.
My air conditioner quit working Saturday 10.7.2006 and is still not fixed 10.9.2006. Do you realize how hot it is to try and sleep at night with your windows open wondering if anyone is going to try and get in.
Maintenance is very bad. I do not recommend these apartments unless you are a do-it-yourselfer. Is that a word'
