I've been living her 3 months and at first I loved it. Low rent and huge floor plans. Property is kept extremely well. Plenty of room to move about the apartment. I choose a 1 bedroom. Has lots of windows and light. Then, several of my neighbors moved out. They were all very nice. I thought, this is odd. I talked to one and was told the guy next door to is a drug dealer. Apparently, he was approached with a drug buy. He also has a pitbull. I thought pitbulls were not allowed on this property.

To say this complex is dog friendly is an understatement. I have 2 small dogs and always pick up their poop. Believe me, I am the exception. These residents here are just plain nasty and disgusting. They never pick up after their dogs. The complex smells horribly. When you walk through it, you see a plethora of poop throughout the property. And before you ask, yes, I have complained. The staff responds with a letter to the residents. No follow up at all.

Everyone in the office is nice, except one lady. Very rude. Wrote a complaint about her and it was discounted. Wrote a complaint to the Management Company-still waiting.

I was referred by an apartment finder. Boy, I should have paid closer attention to the reviews. And let me also tell you the quality of people is not all that. Trust me. I have another 9 months to go on my lease. Like an idiot, I signed a 12 month lease. I thought this property would be great. Boy, was I fooled.

Oh, I forgot about parking. Forget about it!!!

I am moving there in december and it looks so quiet on the garden side what is the crime rate there?

You will never hear back from the management company, I wrtote them in July and never heard back.

The crime rate is high. Just a couple block down are apartments where there is a lot of drug action and rape. Just a couple months ago a woman with her child got jumped once she get out of her car. AND it was broad daylight. Would recommend to look somewhere else if you have family.
