Residents are nice and keep to themselves. So does the management staff. THis is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Commitment and follow through does not exist, unless you physically go to the office and create a scene in front of future renters. YOu can do better, look somewhere else.

No truer statement has ever been made. I've been here for 5 years and it hasn't changed a bit. I made a few scenes in the office after realizing that my maintenance requests and reserved parking request had been tossed (only after weeks of waiting in both cases). Nothing ever changes. There was only one common denominator in each case: THE MANAGER. She got each of my complaints about efficiency problems in her office BUT NOTHING EVER CHANGED. The manager is incompetent to lead a dog on a leash, much less run a large apartment complex. She's terrible!

yeah we made a scene today,i dought any thing good will come out of anything we hade to say.

Totally agree. There is definitely no followup. THey do have a 24 hour guarantee on all maintenance requests. If you go in and they know they can't do it that day, they tell you to come back because if they stick it in the computer and don't complete in 24 hours they get in trouble. Isn't that the point???
