Lakeside cannot be any worse. I thought that the last place I lived in was bad...now THIS is really bad. Service is horrible just like the other residents have mentioned in this site. I have complained about some things that needed to be taken care of in this apartment and they have not even attended me at all. I have called in like five times (not exagerrating) and still nothing. My air conditioning is so messed up and it gets sooooooooo cold at night. My three children are constantly complaining about how cold it is in here and there is nothing I can do, but to look else where. I am a single mom and having to hear this from my children really breaks my heart. I thought I found a great place for my children, but I guess not. If anyone is wanting to look for an apartment...I don't recommend this place simply on the very fact that you will not be attended for anything. You will be ignored and no one should have to go through that.

Thanks for giving your opinion!!! I was looking into moving in a couple days ago, but I will look elsewhere. I'm in shock because Lakeside looks nice, but I guess you cannot judge a book by its cover, right? I know other people that were thinking about going there this weekend, but I'll be sure to let everyone know about this site. Thanks everyone!!!

Your air conditioning has nothing to do with you being so cold at night, maybe your heater. If you got the service request right maybe it would be taken care of and not 5 times. Try calling it "the heater" is not working right and we've been in the cold! That's the problem. And for Stacy great I'm glad you decieded to look else where. I would'nt doudt it for the world you probably would have been a problem... we have been a resident here for a very long time and had no issues when calling in a work order properly all it takes is calling it in properly and the wonderfull maintanance staff would take care of it for you.

HA HA HA, Manager (above)! You are not competent to run this place, Honey. You know it and so does everyone else in your office. That's why your management team is so unmotivated, and why the only focus is bringing in new residents--not keeping ones you've got. Terrible! DO NOT RENT HERE!! You WILL BE MISERABLE! By the way, you don't need the heater fixed in the middle of the summer (duh)--the air conditioner was probably not shutting off in her/his apartment.

If you read the email correctly it was posted in Dec. why would the resident want to report something that happened six months ago...HaHaHa

WRONG. If YOU knew how to read you would have READ that she has complained "5 TIMES", and we live in Houston where winter comes LATE. Therefore, it was no doubt HOT weather when the problem started.

You know, manager, if you would spend less time leaving snide remarks about the resident comments and more time doing what you're PAID for, you would look like less of a moron, HAHAHA:)

I really have been considering moving into these apartments because I have some close friends that live here. These reviews are scary and I really don't need these types of problems in my life. If more management companies/offices took out the time to see what can be done to improve their customer service/satisfaction then you wouldn't have to soley focus on new residents, resident referrals will handle that!! As a manager instead of going back and forth with complaints made by your tenants YOU should focus on how to make the situation better and how to better provide service. You have the complaints here in writing now it's on you on what to do with them.
