I lived there for 2 years. The first year was nice. I didn't have any problems and I didn't need to contact the office. The 2nd year was a complete nightmare. Practically every single time I call the office, I got that ridiculous recording. Don't bother leaving a message, no one will ever return the call. Heck, they don't even return the call when I leave a message with a live person. The pipe burst in the wall from our upstairs neighbor. We had to live with water dripping down our walls for 5 days. Then, we had to deal with wet carpet for over a week. Mind you, I called a couple times a day to see what progress they were making and they kept telling me lies. They would tell me the carpet is dry and the walls are dry. I'd come home to water still dripping. They would say anything to get me off the phone, whether it's true or not. Then, when I moved out, they tried to charge me for rent that I didn't owe and water and trash service that I didn't use (b/c I had already moved out). Then, when I called to discuss the discrepancies I had with my move out statement, they didn't know where the charges came from and Tamra once again said she'd call me back, which of course, that never happened as well. I just can't warn people enough, DON'T MOVE THERE!!! IT'LL MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL!!!
