The change in management has not been a good thing. The new manager is never here. And never returns phone calls or messages. The leasing people never write anything down so you are constantly calling or going to the office for the same thing over and over again. Personally, I do not have this kind of time. The maint. pretty much sucks. They just rig things up. Never fixing anything permenatly or correctly. At least with the old manaagement you could talk to the manager and she would follow through. Crime has really increased too. I think it's time to move on.

First of all the new management has already done a better job. I have been trying all summer to get a leak in my bathroom fixed and the apartment manager, ------ was doing nothing about it. I kept getting water in my bathroom everytime it rained. Which we all know was a lot this summer.
One conversation with the new manager and he had roofers at our house the next day patching up the roof. Now we don't have the problem anymore. That is quick service.
Second, my husband is a police officer and there is no increase in crime in this complex. By law the apartment complex has to inform us if there is a crime committed on the property and my hubby has the inside scoop and nothing has been reported. So please elaborate on this so called crime rate increase.
