Been here almost a year and will renew my lease

My experiences with maintence have been positive; a leaking AC, for instance,(twice) got prompt responses. It's an older apt. so I realize there are going to be issues like that. One of the annoyances I did have was seeing everyone's trash all over, but they enforced rules about that, and the grounds are beautiful.
