The new manager is trying but there is no parking here even for resident. They have spaces you can pay in addition to your rent. But if you pay rent shouldn't you have a place to park. No one will visit me as they have no where to park. Im not sure what the problem is but there are vehicles here that are wrecked and have expired tags.

I totally agree with you. I love my apartment it???s huge and a great price but parking is absolutely terrible! There has to be some changes soon (I hope). I just moved in to my place in January, my biggest complaint is parking.

It is terrible when you have to plan your life around parking your car. I go to the grocery store early in the morning in order to have a place to park when I get back. If I forget something and have to go back out in the eve. I won't, I may not have a place to park when I get back. SOMETHING HAS GOT TO BE DONE SO RESIDENTS HAVE PLACES TO PARK THEIR CARS AND NOT PAY EXTRA FOR IT.

No offense to anyone, but don't hold your breath!!!!! I lived there in 2003 and sang the same sad song that you are about parking. My husband and I both finally resorted to paid parking because of it, which was not great either because of the distance our spots were from our unit. The only thing that will ever change in that dump is that you WILL get tired of it and move out.

The parking isn't bad unless you come home during rush hour times (after 630)in houston. The carports are only 30 a month (think of it as one less "eating out" night or one less item when you go shopping) and its only YOUR spot. I have friends over at least once every weekend/weekday(nearly 4 cars and all find parking spots.
