Parking is a big issue. Not enought parking. Every body tries to get home early on the weekends because of fear of not finding parkint. Currently have covered parking but twice I had people parking on my spot and had them towed. Just one of those things you should not have to deal with.
Maitenance is good and neigbors (most of them) are very friendly however I still got my car broken into once.
