LP is fully committed to the issue. It's something of the drill baby drill mentality. The resident gardening crew is at it full time. I watched last week one of them mowing a-barely-grass, this week again. It does not grow fast enough. But the dude is making noise, and there is an implication of 'tending' to the green stuff, I guess. there is no need for it, really. If not the mower, then the saw, and of course the jet blowers, vacuuming, daily. All sorts of trucks roll through:the concrete, the forklift, sledge hammers. I wanted to offer some conservancy study, but it won't penetrate, they seem to enjoy it. If i only knew...It was California and Denmark before for me, and it will take some 20 yrs for good folks at Lakeside Place to catch up with the mentality.

If you want to be able to park near your apartment you have to be prepared to pay 30.00 dollars a month for the privlege.

I am grateful for the effort made to renovate the property and appreciate the effort and expense. Yes, it has been difficult and the never ending requests to get everything off the balconies and patios a major inconvenience. The clean up from the renovations leaves a lot to be desired. Cement chunks all around the new fences, paint dribbles and cement dust on walk ways and plants. Mulch is needed desparately to lessen the decay of the landscape. My biggest complaint are the many residents who trash the property. No amount of renovations will help if management does not enforce the rules for putting out trash, picking up poop and keeping balconies free from storing junk.

the 'expense' they make is your own rent, honey. If I knew I would move in an industrial zone, I would run away. In addition to all the racket above it is a sledge hammer today, WHEN WILL THIS BE OVER?
