Have lived at this location for a few years, at frist...not bad. Your going to have a few problems here and there. Now, this complex is terrible! The community manager is a very rude, disrespectful and impertinent on several occasions. The rest of staff... a joy, friendly, and will go out there way to help. Maintance workers nice and do a great job...if they understand you. Bush up on your spanish. Some of us get a neighbor to translate. NO PARKING! They charge you 30 bucks for assigned parking. Grounds are not safe at all. Some hanging out in the parking lot, drinking, using disrespectful language and being loud. Hope you dont have children. Cars being broke into, windows smashed. New residents are undesirable and not friendly, leaving their trash wherever they wish. Windows open to hear "screwed" music! The other half dont speak english. Pools...suck! One is half decent, the one they show. The others are very small. The buttom needs maintance. They look dirty. No shade. Worthless. Landscape, no grass in alot of places. Not enough pet stations for clean up, so, dont walk barefooted. The sand volleyball...unkept! Cant use it. Here is a place that had potential, but someone dropped the ball. And raised rent.
