I lived at Lakeside Place for 4 years - their is No customer service once you sign on the dotted line. You walk in and they act like they are doing you a service by even answering a question and we pay their salary. Rude Rude. If you tell them about a violation, of course they have no idea it has happened and it never gets corrected.
I have sent plenty of pictures to home office and still nothing.
They are just rude - rude- Safely - What is that! Crimes happen but no ever tell us until several months go by and then maybe we hear something. The cops are out at the projects at least once a day or more.

I feel kind of sorry when I see new people move in over here. I want to warn them but I keep my trap closed.

I've lived at Lakeside Place for 6 years and i think the manager is awesome and the staff rocks. You give respect in order to receive it......GOOD DAY!!!!

I agree! If you are rude, you will be returned the same respect no matter where you are! I only see police at night-- when they break up a party. That has been 2 times this year.

This place sucks. has anyone seen the new color(s) they are painting it? Its "Chocolate brown"......thats what the leasing office told me.. well..... too bad "chocolate brown" looks like f'king sh.it with some faded a.s.s pink bricks... My god.
