if weeds instead of grass as landscaping, along with few random cars, random dudes strolling / cruising this supposed 'gated' community is acceptable for you, then go ahead and move right in
I chose not to ( thank god )! inside of the apts is OK - however, the crowd/upkeep/up front etc leaves a lot to be desired.
If you can afford more, look elsewhere.

I don't know what you're whining about. The place is well kept and neat. One telling thing about them is that within 1 month of Ike, the place was back to normal. No tarps on the roofs, no boarded windows etc. 10 months later there still several complexes in the same area that can't say the same.

Obviously the first response if from an office staff spy. The only "landscaping" that is done is done by RESIDENTS...out of their pocket...with no appreciation or compensation from the management. I myself spent hundereds of dollars in trying to beautify the place. I finally gave up and got out. It's the best decision I ever made.

BeeFrank is a retard....All he/she is stating is that they repaired shi.t after Ike...and then goes on to compare Lakeside place with the way more ghetto asssss complexes right at Briarforest and wilcrest... The way lakeside place portays their property should never be considered in the same breath as those nasty a-- apartments down the road. Bee Frank: you are a moron. You are a waste of space.

funnyfunny your a waste of life. You talk about how lakeside is the worste possible, then you go and say oh the ones down the street are way more ghetto. Just shut up. I agree about landscaping not being the greatest but at least they let you lanscape on your own. Most places wont let you so you should be thankful. The landscaping has been almost the same in lakeside for yrs. You move in with it like that, what could possibly make you think it will become way better while your there?
