People exaggerate!They are nice apartments to live in.

Okay I have lived here since July 2009 so I have a few months of living there. I cant lie when I READ THE RATINGS I WAS VERY IFFY if I should move there or not. But the staff was nice to us and I loved the apartment it was so big & spacious. So we went for it. When ever we moved in everything was good the washer just made a loud noise & they came to fix it immediately! When ever we have a maintenance issue they come fix it quickly. Witch I was shocked out. The neighbors upstairs from me would jump at night when we where trying to sleep, it did take two times for me to tell the office about the situation until it finally stopped/. But as far as maintenance goes they are pretty good with it!

Parking does suck if you don t pay for your assigned spot, because there is soooo many cars so I do recommend for you to pay for your spot.

They are very calm apartments and everyone is friendly. There s always people walking there dogs and running since the park is so close. Its not like other ghetto apartments that there is kids running around everywhere, car brake ins or anything like that.

They are painting everything and putting up new wood for the patios yea there is workers everywhere but they are fixing our apartment complex! Duh. Not like other apartment complex s they NEVER REMODEL OR EVEN BOTHER PAITING OR DOING ANYTHING.

Office staff: Some are nice some are mean, but if your nice to them they will be nice back to you PEOPLE TREAT YOU HOW YOU TREAT THEM. I have worked at an apt complex before so I know how silly tenats can be sometimes. And I worked in some ghetto ones lol..

hmm...wish i could be so lucky - i've lived here nearly 2 years and in that time, have complained about my next door neighbors' music over 5 times and have called cops twice. music is STILL a problem...

What a dream world you live in. Wait until you have been their for a while. I was there 4 years and the longer you live their the worst you get treated. The only time the office help smiled was when they were showing another apt. Just wait and see.

Ilove how some people say they have lived here for years and they complain how awful it is here. Why have you lived here for years then??? Complainers will always have something to complain about to make there lives better in some weird sad way. Nice apartments at lakeside. Dont Listen to the sad ones here

You sound just like I did at the beginning. About the first year, I was so happy to be there. The neighbors were great and the office actually fixed things that broke. Then it all stopped. They stopped fixing anything that I asked to be fixed. They wouldn't fix anything until I would in desperation email corporate. Only then would anything get fixed. As far as the lies...here's a couple of quick examples. I was told when I signed my lease that I would get one color accent wall. I moved in and asked to see swatches so I could pick the color. They immediately told me that they didn't offer any such thing. The first time I renewed my lease, they promised to clean my carpets. Never happened. The second time I renewed my lease, they promised to clean my carpets. Never happpened. Yes, they DO lie!!! You'll see in time. I'm glad you're happy there...for now.
