My daughter left Louisiana and moved to Houston. We spent lots of time looking for an apartment that I felt she would be safe in. I had read some of the reviews and was very leary. After looking at others she decided she wanted this complex. We rented a parking spot because of the parking reviews and am so glad we did. The parking is real close to her apartment. She feels secure. One experience she had was when a man came banging on her door. After peeping out she realized she did not know this man and refused to open the door.He kept banging at the door and her bedroom window. She called me and was terrified. I promptly called the front office and one of the staff members walked to her apartment to find out what the commotion was about. How many staff members would be so kind elsewhere'' i think the negative things about the staff are a reflection of the complainer. In other words if you are ugly to them, they will be rude to you. What goes around comes around.

I think it is funny all the comments that are positive have an anonymous name. Once again I'm sure you work in the leasing office

I totally agree Marie505!!! I do like that the office staff postings have pushed their rating up to a whopping 24% approval. It didn't used to be so high.
I can't believe any good ever came out of that office. Once I walked in there bleeding because I had fallen on their property on some slippery mud that covered the sidewalk and all they could say is for me to leave with my dog. Real compassionate. I too felt safe there the first year I was there, but once I witnessed a few drug deals go down and found a crack pipe laying on the ground (not to mention used condoms and used tampax holders), I didn't feel so safe after that.

So, let me see if I get this straight. You fall on the property, severely enough to be bleeding, and your first thought is to walk down to the leasing office?
Just curious here.

no, i do not work in the leasing office. It might be hard to work there and live in Louisiana at the same time. again I state: you will be treated by others as you treat others.

I don't know what everyone's problem is, i lived there for 1 year (moved out about a year ago) and now i'm thinking about moving back in for another year pretty soon. I had no issues while here at all, staff was very helpful and friendly. I will say though everytime i saw a staff member, i did say hello and have a short conversation with them. As this guy says, you will be treated here as you treat them.
