Lakeview Estate Apartments

Great place to live / great managment From: Martin0674 Date posted: 10/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This is the best apartment community I have lived in and I have lived in 9 since moving to Houston in 1992. I love the floorplan and especially my attached garage. The staff is great. Every time I have asked for anything it has been done the day that I ask. What I really love about Lakeview Estate is how well kept the community is. When I first moved here October of last year the community was starting to head for the dumps but when the new manager came on board the community turned back into gold again. I just want to let you know that this is the place to live! My only complaint is the property next door (Lakeview)For some reason they are crap. Weird how two properties that are owned by the same cmpany can be so different. I have a friend who lives there and said that the managment over there is terrible and that they are very rude. Glad I live on this side .
