I have lived here for over a year. I love my apartment and the complex as a whole. It is more of a "home" than an apartment. There have been a few incidents over the last year, such as cars beig stolen and/or broken into and an alleged attack/rape. Those things, however, happen everywhere. For the most part I feel extremely safe. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenence workers are always on top of work orders.
The only downside that I can honestly think of is the increasing prices of the monthly rent. I currently have a one bedroom, but I now need more room. I can't afford the rent on a two bedroom so I have no other choice but to move. Actually, I can afford it - I just think that it's crazy to pay that much for something that does not belong to me. It was a hard decision to make but I can't see myself paying over $900 a month. It is an inconvienence to have to relocate but I don't hold that against the complex staff. I truely love living here and I would recommend the complex to others.
P.S. It was a member of the staff at Lakeview Estates who referred me to this website in order to check out the reviews of another apartment complex in which I was looking to move into. To me that says alot about the staff's confidence in the quality of service of the complex.
